Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins is an Mexican American broadcaster. She works for ESPN and works as the SportsCenter News Anchor. Her first assignment with ESPN in the year 2016. The child of the journalist on television Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins was bilingual since the age of nine years old. It was a helpful ability that allowed her to secure her first job as a production assistant for Univision in Miami which allowed her to work with the producers of national shows like Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. Her next job was as reporter for sports at the CBS St. Petersburg Affiliate. She moved in 2009 into Rio Grande Valley, Texas to become a news reporter for The Spanish station KNVO TV 48 Univision and Fox2 News. In 2009, she relocated to Rio Grande Valley in Texas in which she was a reporter for KNVO 48 Univision as well as Fox2 News. She would also fill in occasionally as a weather and sports anchor. Deportes 23 is Univision Dallasstation, which is where she has more responsibility. Antonietta was a senior high school student, but she had a clear idea of what she wanted to do in her future career. She went to Mount Union University in order to find out if the school was suitable for her. In the end, she fell in love with the campus. They also offered her a major. After completing the requirements for high school, she enrolled in the university to study media studies. Mark Bergmann was her professor and also the head of WRMU and WRMU, which she's a member.
